Smart lockers

When designing your intelligent lockers, our designers take the size and layout into account. For example, if users need enough space for a laptop, bag, and maybe even clothes, you'll need large lockers. And when users only need to be able to store a laptop, tablet or documents, smaller smart lockers are sufficient. Our designers suggest solutions regarding the size of the lockers, but also regarding any accessories. Examples include lighting, extra shelves or even an outlet. With our expertise and capabilities, the possibilities are endless.

The possibilities for smart lockers are almost endless in terms of format, layout, look and feel as well as functionality. At Volkel Air Base, for example, we supplied smart lockers for issuing clothing. People use a QR code there to open a locker and grab their clothes.

With the locker management software from WEWO Interior Concepts, you manage intelligent flexi-lockers, but also the personal lockers of regular users and teams. For example, you can assign certain lockers to certain user groups and configure them to issue personal items based on usage and priorities.

And if your organisation has multiple locations, you can manage all lockers at all locations using one convenient dashboard in the software. Moreover, you can print out various reports and integrate the software with other software packages you use. In addition, single sign-on (SSO) applies: you do not need to create separate login details for the locker management software.

Our intelligent lockers are also perfect as post lockers. You can safely and easily hand over post, parcels from external parties, documents, hardware, keys, or clothing to the right colleague. This colleague will receive a message via email that an item is ready, and in exactly which locker. Every employee can create personal settings for those email notifications.

This allows you to indicate what should happen to your post or parcel if you are out of the office. Can a colleague pick up your post during your holiday? Or do you want the manager to keep the post until you get back? You can also set your preferred location. For example, your post and parcels are then always placed in a post locker on the fifth floor.
