Custom collection lockers
In the custom-made collection lockers from WEWO Interior Concepts, an administrator can safely and easily hand over hardware - such as a laptop or tablet - to the right colleague. The same applies to, for example, post and parcels, keys, office
supplies and work clothing. Because the size of these types of products differs, a locker wall with collection lockers is often a combination of large lockers and small mailboxes - just wide enough for a thick envelope. You can also combine the collection lockers with personal lockers, which people can use permanently or flexibly, allowing you make the most of your locker wall.
Opening collection lockers
If there is something ready for an employee in a collection locker, they will receive a message via email about which locker to open. The locker is then opened securely with an app, a pin code,
RFID - i.e., a badge or key fob - or a QR code. The administrator will be notified when the contents of the locker have been retrieved, and by whom. The lockers can also be used to share items with colleagues. An employee does not have to remember where a certain colleague is in the building or when that person is in the office, but can simply use a vacant collection locker. And email notifications are sent in this case, too.
Smart software for collection lockers
Collection lockers are always supplied with an electronic locking system, where each locker lock is wired separately. This includes software through which you and all your colleagues can configure personal settings. This allows you to indicate what should happen to your post or parcel if you are out of office. Can a colleague receive this during your holiday? Or do you want the administrator to keep the post until you get back? You can also set your preferred location. For example, your post and parcels should always be placed in a collection locker on the fifth floor.
Collection lockers including returns
The collection lockers are suitable for flexible use by an individual or team. So, you can hand over a work laptop to the new HR employee, but also issue new work clothes to the production department. In addition, the lockers can be used for returns. An employee reports the return or repair in advance online to or uses the touchscreen at the locker wall. The employee then places their hardware in the designated locker, so that the administrator or facility services can deal with it further.
Collection lockers in various sizes and colours
WEWO Interior Concepts makes collection lockers that are durable, stylish, and possibly even fire-resistant (FR class B-s1-d0). In terms of material, you can choose between compact HPL and wood. Compact HPL is wear-resistant, scratch-resistant, and very strong. As a result, you can also place Volkern lockers outside - they can take a beating. If you are choosing wooden lockers, we use wooden sheet material that is available in different colours and structures.
Including payment if necessary
If necessary, your collection lockers can be supplied with the online reservation system that WEWO Interior Concepts has developed in-house. This makes dispensing lockers suitable for environments other than just work environments. For example, a paddle club uses our lockers to issue paddle rackets and SupSupClub also uses our lockers. SupSupClub customers first choose a location via their website, where they confirm the rental of their sup board by paying via iDEAL. At a time of their choice, they open a locker with their smartphone and take their SUP board. The now empty locker can be used to store their valuables while supping.
