When should you choose a locker with a QR code?

At most events nowadays, the QR code on the ticket is scanned on entry. At NYC Congress, guests also claim their locker with the same QR code - highly convenient. Lockers with a QR code are therefore ideal for event locations, theatres, and pop concerts. But it is also a smart choice for business environments. Post lockers with a QR code

In addition to clothing, you can also share other items in a locker with a QR code, such as hardware, office supplies, keys, or packages. People are sent an email message when an item is ready for them, with details of the exact post locker. The administrator will be notified when the locker has been emptied, and by whom. And if an employee wants to send something back, for example to the facilities or IT department? Then they can just use the same QR code.

Online locker reservation and payment

Lockers with a QR code operate using an electronic locking system. This locking system comes with user-friendly web-based locker management software. Here you can manage flexi lockers, as well as lockers for regular users and teams. And if your organisation has multiple locations, you can manage all of the lockers at all of the locations using one convenient dashboard in the software. In addition, there are various reporting options. For example, you can see the occupancy rate and thus prevent a shortage of lockers. You can also see the duration of use, so that you can release lockers that have been in use for too long. And finally, you can integrate the software with other software packages you use.

Locker materials
