Custom vending lockers
From simple paper clips to printing paper or other consumables for the office or for production: with the custom-made vending lockers from WEWO Interior Concepts, you can easily set them up ready for use. Because the size of these types of items differs, the locker wall is often a combination of large vending lockers and small lockers. The locker wall can also be built through the wall. This allows you to sort the consumables at the front, by opening the locker doors, but also at the rear - from the post room or facilities room.
Vending lockers: roles and rights
If an employee needs something from a vending locker, they can select the correct locker via the touchscreen. They can subsequently open the specific locker with an app, a pin code,
RFID - i.e., a badge or key fob - or a QR code - if necessary, after payment. And if there is something in the locker that is not intended for this employee, the locker remains closed. Vending lockers are always supplied with an electronic locking system and thus with smart locker
management software. You can configure the roles and permissions in the software.
Vending lockers for collections and returns
Vending lockers can also be used for returns. An employee reports the return or repair in advance online to or uses the touchscreen at the locker wall. The employee then places their hardware in the designated locker, so that the administrator or facility services can deal with it further.
A vending locker as an item of furniture
You obviously want your locker wall with vending lockers to match the environment in terms of material, design, and colour. In terms of material, you can choose between Volkern and wood. Volkern is wear-resistant, scratch-resistant, and very strong. If you are choosing wooden lockers, we use wooden sheet material that is available in different colours and structures.
