Custom post locker
With the custom-made post lockers of WEWO Interior Concepts, an administrator can safely and easily hand over incoming post or parcels from external parties to the right colleague. That colleague receives a message via email that an item is ready, and in exactly which locker. The administrator will be notified when the post or parcel has been picked up from the locker, and by whom. Of course, the lockers can also be used to share internal documents, hardware, or keys. An employee does not have to remember where a certain colleague is in the building or when that person is in the office, but simply uses a vacant post locker. And email notifications are also sent in this case.
Post lockers: multi-purpose
With post lockers, you can safely distribute post or parcels within your organisation. The post lockers are suitable for flexible use by an individual or team. That way, you can share personal post with the financial controller, but also hand over a package to the finance department. In addition, the lockers can be used to collect outgoing post. Employees place their post or parcel in the locker provided for this purpose, so that the administrator or the facilities department can handle it further. Basically: post lockers are multi-purpose.
Post lockers in various sizes and colours
WEWO Interior Concepts makes post lockers that are durable, stylish, and possibly even fire-resistant (FR class B-s1-d0). In terms of material, you can choose between Compact HPL and wood. Compact HPL lockers are wear-resistant, scratch-resistant, and very strong. If you are choosing wooden lockers, we use wooden sheet material that is available in different colours and structures. Almost anything is possible in terms of size. We can even make mailboxes of only 60mm high - just wide enough for a thick envelope. A locker wall with large post lockers and small mailboxes is of course also possible. This is how you make the most of your locker wall.
Email notifications for post lockers
When someone has post or a parcel ready in a post locker, they are sent a notification. Every employee can make personal settings for those email notifications. This allows you to indicate what should happen to your post or parcel if you are out of office. Can a colleague pick up your post during your holiday? Or do you want the manager to keep the mail until you get back? You can also set your preferred location. For example, your post and parcels are always placed in a post locker on the fifth floor, instead of in the locker wall at the entrance to the building.
Locker locking system
For the safe storage of personal belongings, an optimal locker locking system is naturally a must. The post lockers are opened with the same pass, keycard, or key fob that people use to open doors or use the printer, for example.
Online portal with logging
Because WEWO Interior Concept works together with Matoma NetLocker, you will also receive an online portal with logging for your post lockers. You can then see exactly what happens to all post and parcels in your organisation. When was something delivered, and to which post locker? And who picked it up and when? The complete track & trace gives you clear insight. Losing post or parcels is a thing of the past and you always have proof.
