Securely opening IT lockers
If there is something ready for an employee in an IT locker, they will receive a message via email about which locker to open. The locker is then opened securely using an app, a pin code, RFID - i.e., a badge or fob - or a QR code. The IT administrator will be notified when the contents of the locker have been retrieved, and by whom. Losing hardware is impossible and you always have proof.
IT lockers for returns and repairs
Sometimes a colleague will want to return an item because they don't like it after all. An ergonomic mouse, for example, or a particular type of laptop. And of course, IT equipment sometimes breaks. That is why the IT lockers from WEWO Interior Concepts can also be used for returns and repairs. An employee reports the return or repair in advance online to or uses the touchscreen at the locker wall. The employee then places their hardware in the designated locker, so that the IT administrator can handle it further.
More than functionality alone
Hardware remains stored safely in the IT lockers from WEWO Interior Concepts. But there is of course more than functionality alone: appearance is also important. For our beautiful wooden lockers, we use wooden sheet material that is available in different colours and structures. We then finish the lockers with a top layer of melamine or HPL, to make the safes suitable for intensive use. Would you rather opt for scratch resistant and robust Volkern lockers? You can! And the ideal size of the lockers? We will determine that together!

Locker management software
The locker management software of WEWO Interior Concepts allows you to manage all IT lockers, but also the personal lockers of regular users and teams.
